Sia is a young, charming and mischievous fairy, who changes her home in the forest for a life in the city. There she meets Alfred (11), a real nature lover, and they soon become best friends. Sia loves the big city, the straight shapes, the beautiful car parks and the fixed habits that people have. She bonds quickly and has a lot of fun with Alfred and his city friends, until one day the birds just fall out of the sky onto the city streets. The stinking fertiliser factory, where Alfred's father works, could be the culprit. Alfred and Sia decide to investigate what is threatening nature and what they can do to prevent the destruction of all life in the forest. With Sia's uncontrolled fairy powers, they go to war together to save nature!
